You are being asked to volunteer for this research study. This study is being conducted online via Qualtrics with professionals working in residential treatment and correctional facilities in the United States of America. You were selected as a possible participant because you are between the ages of 18 and 75 and are currently working at a residential treatment facility or correctional center for youth with behavior problems, ages 18 and under. Specifically, eligible participants must have regular direct contact (i.e. direct intervention with residents every work day) involving care-giving with youth residents as part of their primary professional role (e.g., direct care staff, direct care supervisors, mental health professionals, social workers, case workers, etc.).
Please read this information sheet and contact me to ask any questions that you may have before agreeing to take part in this study.
