We kindly ask that all requests are at least 14 days (two full weeks) in advance of the event. We will do our best to satisfy your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill all submissions.

The LiveWell OU team will respond to received requests within 2 business days.

Topics we present on: Stress Management, Healthy Living, Physical Activity and Exercise, OU Wellness Resources, LiveWell Program Overviews, and more. You are welcome to request a particular topic you have in mind. If we cannot accommodate the topic requested, we will let you know and refer out if possible.
