Interprofessional Educators and Practitioners Association (IEPA)
Membership & Participation Form
The mission of the IEPA is to organize, recognize, and advocate for faculty, staff, and students to pursue interprofessional collaboration in all aspects of health care at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. This is an open-invitation volunteer organization available to everyone on campus.
Benefits of Membership
- Opportunities for networking with faculty to develop, enhance, and deliver interprofessional education and practice opportunities to students.
- Interprofessional educational opportunities offered to faculty, including training and development sessions.
- Research opportunities to support career development goals in promotion and tenure.
- Special consideration for Wisdom Family Foundation Interprofessional Education Research Seed Grants to support interest in pursuing scholarship activities.
- Increased knowledge and access to various healthcare resources to enhance outcomes of patient care.
Association Activities
Members are eligible to participate in one of the four areas to promote interprofessional education, practice and research at OU or in the community.
