LIMITED SUBMISSION INTERNAL APPLICATION

 

Limited Submissions are funding opportunities in which the sponsor only allows a specific and limited number of proposals from a given institution. This limitation may result in an internal competition to select the project(s) that will move forward to represent OU.


Please use this form to submit your internal application for the limited submission NEH Infrastructure Challenge Grant program.

Internal Application must include: 

Introductory Statement [up to 200 words]: Describe OU’s humanities purpose and activities and connect them explicitly to the proposed capital project or digital infrastructure project that NEH funds will support. State how the project and its outcomes will enhance OU’s humanities infrastructure and capacity.  

Financial Capacity and Fundraising [up to 200 words]: Describe the fundraising strategy and timeline for the proposed project. Describe potential sources of eligible third-party non-federal gifts to meet the matching requirement. 

Deliverables, Outcomes, and Sustainability [up to 100 words]: Explain how the institution, Through its mission, personnel, governance, facilities, and resources, will sustain the Anticipated deliverables and outcomes of the project over the long term. 

Project and fundraising personnel [up to 100 words]: Identify the project team, collaborators, partners, and specialists involved in project activities and their roles. Indicate if there are collaborators outside of OU: e.g., community partners, advisors, specialist consultants, and contractors (architects, engineers, owner’s representatives).
