Catalyst Pre-Med Mentorship Program

The purpose and mission of Catalyst is to equip and empower pre-med students on their journey to medical school through intentional mentorship from a medical student. Navigating the pre-med life is tough, but we want to come alongside you to help support and set you up for success in reaching your goals. This program is free to participants.
This pre-med mentorship program provides an opportunity to receive one-on-one mentorship from a current medical student. Upon acceptance into the program and once the mentor matches are made, you'll hear from your medical student mentor and the mentorship will be a year-long running through next September. At that point, you'll have the opportunity to re-apply for the Catalyst program for the next cycle if you wish to do so.
The structure is that you’ll connect with your mentor once a month (this could be over text, call, zoom, in person, etc.). Your mentor is also a resource for you to reach out to with any questions and to seek guidance from. Of course, there’s freedom to connect more and mentorships will vary in preferences and frequency depending on what works best for each pair.
