Geothermal Energy to Heat/Cool Public Schools
The inside, or core, of the Earth is very hot. This heat sometimes breaks through to the surface of the Earth through volcanoes or geysers. When we use heat from the Earth to generate energy it's called geothermal energy. The name geothermal is a combination of the word "geo", which means earth, and "thermal", which means heat [1].

The project is related to the use of existing Oil & Gas wells, to extract the heat, and use them to supply the heating and cooling needs in public schools.
