Final Report for OU Research Council Junior Faculty Fellowship (JFF) Funding

Note: This form must be submitted by the project Principal Investigator.

Attachments will include: Narrative Report - This report should describe the outcomes and impacts of the project on the field of study, on the scholarly programs of the investigators, and on the University as a whole. It also should describe any deviations from the work from that originally proposed and include activities in progress and completed (e.g., proposals, performances, manuscripts) that relate directly to the project. (2 page maximum Word document of PDF, but must be a single file no larger than 15MB). Final Report Budget – Please use the template from the OVPRP JFF page (https://www.ou.edu/research-norman/research-support/research-council/funding-opportunities/junior-faculty-fellowship-program). This report will require information that will need to be obtained from the department financial administrator. All fields must be completed. Copies of formal written approval from appropriate organizations – this includes IRB, IACUC, Biosafety Committee, and any others that were indicated in the original proposal. The reimbursement will not be made without this documentation. (single PDF file no larger than 15MB.)
