Account Creation

TOPAZ Elements is the enterprise program used by the Department of Comparative Medicine (DCM), the Institutional Animal Care and use Committee (IACUC), and the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) for:

Protocol Development, Submission, and Review
Census Tracking
Placing Animal Orders
Billing for Animal Orders and Census Per Diem

Select User Role (Please check one):

Principal Investigator - Please select this if you are a new PI and need to create an IACUC or IBC protocol.
Billing Administrator - Please select this if you are a billing administrator and will need to access invoices for accounts.
ORA Administration
Protocol Associate Profile Only (so a PI can add you to their protocol - will not create a log-in)
Animal Ordering
Research Personnel Account - (Will be able to see PI's protocol after they add you as a Protocol Associate - creates a TOPAZ Elements Log In)
