Please complete the form below with details about your group and preferred tour dates of Tuesdays & Thursdays. Submitting this form does not guarantee a tour reservation, but our team will follow up with you regarding availability and next steps.
Please keep in mind:
-Group Tours need to be parties of 10 or more people
-Group Tour scheduling available on Tuesdays and Thursdays
-Group tours are subject to staff and tour guide availability.
-Non-K-12 groups larger than 25 people require additional tour guides, which can only be considered on Thursdays, but is not guaranteed.
- K-12 school groups (including home schooling groups) are limited to a maximum of 30 people, including chaperones, with one chaperone required for every 10 students.
- Foreign Visitors are required to fill out a Foreign National Visitors Form. After registering for your tour, please email tours@nwc.ou.edu to request the form.
