The purpose of the Outreach Council is to ensure all Registered Student Organizations in the Gallogly College of Engineering that are interacting with K-12 students are using the same coherent and clear messaging, and to ensure all entities are acting in accordance with all rules pertaining to minors on and off campus.

This survey will serve as your organization's initial contact with the Outreach Council and must be completed if your organization participates in, or plans to participate, in K-12 outreach or engagement. K-12 outreach and engagement includes any organized events or activities where people under age 18 will attend, such as engineering nights, tutoring, classroom guest events, etc.

Your organization needs to make sure you:
(1) complete this form,
(2) 1 person attending outreach needs a background check,
(3) all students participating need a student conduct check (completed by your advisor),
and (4) all students participating complete the OnPoint Youth Protection training.
