Department chairs, department vice-chairs of education, the PA program director and PA program course directors may nominate up to 2 faculty members with a nomination that focuses on the award criterion. Preference will be given to junior faculty. The course director should seek input (comments) from others regarding the candidate’s qualifications (course coordinators, teaching assistants, peers, students).  The Qualtrics nomination should include narrative discussion/evidence of the following criterion: creativity in pedagogy, passion for teaching, effectiveness of communication, responsiveness to students and colleagues, evidence of systematic self-reflection, and quality of submitted assessment items. A student evaluation score summary and representative comments about the candidate may also be submitted but must not exceed one page.
