PARKING SERVICES COURTESY CARD FORM

As a courtesy, Parking Services will waive a fine issued to your vehicle for failure to display a valid permit. The vehicle must have been legally parked in the proper parking lot for your permit type. You have 30 days after being cited to submit a courtesy card. Your number of courtesy cards equals the number of semesters your permit is valid.
