2025-2026 IQC COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROJECT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Thank you for your interest in working with the University of Oklahoma Institute for Quality Communities on your project!
Projects are a collaborative effort between the Institute for Quality Communities, Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture, the Oklahoma Municipal League, and various community representatives. Accepted proposals result in conceptual design and planning assistance developed by IQC staff, affiliated faculty, and students.
The IQC commonly works on projects related to land use, urban design, public spaces, historic preservation, streetscapes, community engagement, and other aspects of the built environment. As applicable, studio courses can also collaborate on projects and may address development with a particular emphasis on multi-family housing, senior housing, health and wellness, transportation, commercial and industrial building types, and cultural facilities.
