Would you like to be involved in research at the University of Oklahoma?
We are students from Gaylord College of Journalism, and we invite you to participate in a primary research study about Phillips 66. The research is being conducted through Qualtrics. You have been asked to participant in this research.

What is the purpose of this research?
This research aims to understand your driving habits, app usage, and attitudes about Phillips 66 branded fuel and stations.

What will you be asked to do?
If you agree to participate, you will complete a 15-minute online survey.

What are the risks and benefits if you participate?
There are no risks or benefits to participating in this research.

Will you be compensated for participating?
You will not be reimbursed for your time and participation in this research.

Who will see my information?
There will be no information in research reports that will make it possible to identify you. Research records will be stored securely, and only approved researchers and the OU Institutional Review Board will have access to the records.

Do you have to participate?
No. If you do not participate, you will not be penalized or lose benefits or services unrelated to the research. If you decide to participate, you don't have to answer any questions and can stop participating at any time.

Will my identity be anonymous or confidential?
Your name will not be retained or linked with your response.

What will happen to my data in the future?
We might share your de-identified data with other researchers or use it in future research without obtaining additional assent from you.
